What does consolidate mean?

Consolidation can be defined as “the care and attention we should give to the new believer in order to reproduce Christ’s character in him or her“. Consolidation is the process by which we establish new believers in the faith, so that they move forward on to maturity and do not slip back into their old ways.

We find in the book of acts chapter 9 one of the best examples of consolidation in the New Testament, and it is the process that Ananias had with the newly converted Saul of Tarsus. Ananias is sent by the lord to consolidate Saul, that is, to set him firm because he had been saved by Jesus on the road to Damascus.

Declare over yourself, family, neighbors, and over this nation.
