CPC materials and contents communicated to you by or on behalf of the Chamber of Psychology and Counselling in accordance with Intellectual Property Act, No. 36 of 2003. CPC materials and contents may be subjected to copyright under the Act. Copying, Publishing or Unauthorised use of any CPC Materials or content is Strictly Prohibited. Copyright infringement may also lead to criminal charges.

Those who try to Tarnish the Goodwill and the Reputation of The Chamber of Psychology and Counselling will have to face the courts according to Code of Intellectual Property Act, No. 52 of 1979. The punishment will either be imprisonment which can be extended to a term of two years or could be a fine/ penalty for the loss of the Goodwill. Further, any false rumours about CPC also may lead to criminal charges.
